  • Winter is almost upon us. I will be winding down with the local gardening until the spring as it is generally not good to prune shrubs and trees in winter, as a rule, due to fungus; this can get into the plants and rot them, causing the plant to quietly die and then snap off close to the roots. Be sure to sign up for notifications in your email box, as I will be posting photographs of my tulip bulbs which I planted in October. They will look so lovely. I can’t wait. Bye bye for now.
